Permanent Placements

A one-off placement fee is payable when the candidate commences employment; this being based on a percentage of the candidate's annual basic salary.

A rebate scheme is in place if the candidate should prove to be unsuitable within a period which is discussed and agreed with each individual client prior to commencing recruitment services.

There are no additional charges to a client; a fee is only charged on successfully placing a candidate.

Contract Placements

As part of our service, we can also assist with any contract positions you have available and ensure that we negotiate a suitable fee structure for both our client and contractors.
